Dr. Manikandan’s Residence

This project features landscaping done for a Residence at Madurai. The house has an impressive sit out featuring a traditional swing with a vertical garden to add colour to an otherwise blank wall. It also features planting done on eitherside of the sitout. This serves as a Privacy screen from the neighbours residence. The residence was designed with simplistic landscape planting & hardscaping detail. The design also accommodates a mini kitchen garden setup to grow vegetables for the household’s everyday consumption. Each softscape detail was designed keeping in mind the space usage & maintenance. A fragrant creeper was added to ivoke a strong memory of space association.
